With ten days remaining until Oviedo voters select a Mayor and City Council member, sharp divisions remain over whether the city is heading in the right or wrong direction, according to preliminary survey results.
Point Blank Political, independent of any campaign, is showing sharp divisions on the direction of the city, with slightly more people indicating Oviedo is moving in the right direction.
“There are a lot of people who like where Oviedo is headed and nearly as many who don’t. It’s still early, but the raw data suggests the mood over Oviedo’s direction will determine turnout and influence the undecided.”

The polling, which has not been released, also asked voters about the races for Mayor and City Council. The election is held on Tuesday, November 5th, 2019.
